Property Submissions: Details you provide about each listing—transaction type, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, condition, location (area, LGA, state, street), at least one photo, and any portal link.
1.3 Usage & Device Data
Analytics: We collect usage metrics (pages viewed, submission timestamps) to improve our service.
Logs: We log IP addresses and device/browser information for security and debugging.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Verification & Rewards: To review your property submissions, confirm accuracy, and issue your ₦300–₦500 rewards.
- Account Management: To authenticate you via Facebook, manage your profile, and provide customer support.
- Product Improvement: To analyze trends, identify bugs, and optimize the platform.
- Communications: To send you status updates, verification requests, and occasional product announcements via WhatsApp or email.
3. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We will never sell your personal data. We only share as follows:
Service Providers:
- Supabase for database hosting and authentication.
- Facebook for login authentication (only the data you consent to share).
Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.

We retain your profile and submission data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
