We believe that building, buying, and investing in property should not require you to rely on guesswork, outdated prices, or information controlled by the people selling you the service.
Our first product, Landalyst, brings independent construction cost intelligence to Nigerians building from home or from abroad. We combine local market data, technology, and professional Quantity Surveying expertise to help property owners understand what their projects should cost and whether they are being charged fairly.
We are starting with construction in Nigeria, but our ambition is broader: to make reliable information about physical assets more accessible, transparent, and actionable.
